ICE CREAM


There are approximately 103 flavors of ice cream. Flavors are rotated depending on demand and the seasons. Each Café has 15-20 flavors available at any time.

The recipes have been developed over the last 20 years by Rob. Only the finest ingredients are used to make the ice cream.

Special flavors can be made to order for your special events. A five gallon minimum is required.

SUNDAES and SPLITS


Banana Cadillac (2 scoops)- split whole banana with scoops of ice cream, topped with strawberries, pineapple, hot fudge, butterscotch and homemade whipped cream.

Fudge Brownie Meltdown (2 scoops) - layered brownie slices, scoops of ice cream, homemade hot fudge, whipped cream, chocolate chip & nuts

Betty Grable (2 scoops) - cheesecake wedges with fresh raspberry sauce, scoops of ice cream, bananas, strawberries, hot fudge, whipped ice cream & nuts

Elephant's Memory (2 scoops) - peanut butter hot fudge over scoops of ice cream, chopped Hydrox cookies, chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, whipped cream & nuts

Strawberry Shortcake (2 scoops) - shortcake slices, scoops of ice cream, strawberry sauce, nuts, whipped cream

S'Mores Sundae(2 scoops) - Scoops of ice cream, chunks of graham crackers with a marshmallow overcoat, semi-sweet melted fudge, chopped Hydrox cookies and whipped cream


all sundaes can be made with 3 scoops of ice cream for an additional cost
